Whimsical scenes of Paris created by artist / entrepreneur Rosemary Flannery, the series began with her
sketch done in a neighborhood garden, the Square Louis XVI. She turned the sketch into a notecard, enthusiastically received by family and friends. Rosemary then founded SparkyCardsParis and each year
adds new cards to the collection, including reproductions of some of her watercolor and ink and oil paintings.
